Personal information is processed by our staff at our office in the UK, with information being stored on servers located within the European Economic Area (EEA).

BrightStrand International however use Xero cloud based accounting software. Xero holds users personal information on servers located in the United States of America. Xero have taken steps to ensure that its data hosting providers do not have access to, and use the necessary level of protection for, your personal information. They do not control, and are not permitted to access or use your personal information, except for the limited purpose of storing the information. The US is protected by Privacy Shield, which is recognised as being robust and of an equivalent standard to GDPR.
